Civil Jurisdiction
Civil case jurisdiction in Wythe County is divided by the amount in dispute:

Confidentiality of JDR Records
Juvenile case files are not public. Under Virginia Code § 16.1-305, all juvenile case records must be filed separately from adult records and are open for inspection only to a narrow list of authorized parties.
